The book “Personal Path to Freedom. Alcoholism” is written for those who intend to get rid of alcohol dependence but don’t know how to do it, as well as for people suffering because of an alcoholic loved one. For about fifteen years, by duty of service, Lavrentiy Gubin worked on the phenomenon of addiction and came to understand that alcoholism is its most destructive form. Admitting his own dependence, he—based on modern scientific research and data—put forward a new theory of how alcohol affects a person and their psyche. As a result, he developed a method for getting rid of alcoholism, which the author successfully applied to himself and his loved ones.
