How can we stay in great shape and become attractive both from the inside and from the outside? In a lecture by Elena Novoselova, the psychology of beauty will be explored, and practical methods for managing mood and the surrounding environment will be offered. It has been proven that taking care of oneself and confidence in oneself contribute to our attractiveness and to harmonious relationships with others. Elena Novoselova is a psychologist and a member of the Russian Psychotherapeutic League. She began studying psychology at 32, graduating from the philosophy faculty of Moscow State University, and worked as a war correspondent for six years. She runs the program "Sex, Life, and Other Surprises" on the radio station "Silver Rain" and is the author of the books "Alpha Male? Yes!" and "What to Do If You Have a Husband?" Elena specializes in counseling and conducting trainings, with special attention to male psychology as an independent discipline.
