Modern neurophysiologists have challenged traditional beliefs, rejecting the existence of “free will,” doubting the attainment of the “simple human happiness” and calling the concept of “personality” an illusion. If science proves that there is no freedom of choice, what is our responsibility for our actions? What does neurophysiology say about the “meaning of life” if it doesn’t exist? Is it possible to find “God” in our brain? But today we don’t have thinkers like Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, or Heidegger to discuss existential questions. So the question arises: how are we supposed to live with this now?
