Description
A mutilated corpse is found at the bottom of a ditch. It turns out to be David Reed, a three-year-old boy who had been missing for several months. Sergeant Logan McRae begins an investigation. The maniac is running wild: children disappear, corpses multiply. Local media has whipped up a storm and wants blood.
