1982. Lena Belkina finishes eighth grade. For community service, she is rewarded with a voucher to the Pioneer camp “Zvezdochka,” where, besides the usual shift, she must attend training for the Komsomol active.
A homebody girl who has never rested at a camp is swept up by—enchanted by—the unusual atmosphere. New friends, helping the team leaders, falling in love with a boy from the squad—romance.
