A Maze of Death

Fourteen wayfarers arrive on the planet Delmak-0. Thirteen come under contract as colonists, and one—a theologian— comes to pray. They understand too late that in this mysterious place, where even the atmosphere seems to provoke paranoia and psychosis, their prayers are useless.

For on Delmak-0, God does not exist—or He intends to destroy His creations.
