Description
A TV reporter, Yelena, is offered a very tempting side job: to work a little as a private detective. Banker Ryabushkina calls for “urgent detective help” to find her son’s fiancée, Lyudochka, who ran away straight from her wedding. After watching the tape recorded on that fateful day, Yelena is horrified: it turns out Lyudochka’s escape was her fault—and her family’s too! They were sitting in a summer café and saw how the girl in a wedding dress bolted from the park to the laughter and heckling of Yelena’s husband. And it all happened because their son, in a naive burst of honesty, announced to the whole park that the fiancée looked like a snowman! Now Yelena has no choice but to take the investigation to a triumphant ending. And the next day she learns that her client has died, leaving her son a huge inheritance. What a strange girl this Lyudochka is! Who runs away from a rich groom? Will some of this inheritance go to the scheming Lyudochka—or is she in for a slap with caviar?
