The Rats in the Walls

A descendant of the old De la Poër line decides to restore the ancestral castle rumored—terrifying legends circulated among local residents. The hero managed to live in the castle in peace for only a few days; then the cats grew restless, and soon he himself began to hear some scratching in the walls at night—something like a rat’s scurry. Having studied the history of the castle and the place where it stands, he invited a crew of archaeologists. What they discovered in the castle basement was a true hell. Can the hero go on living in the castle with such a grim history?
