A saga of the lives of three generations whose fates, in an unknown mystical way, are connected to a famous Moscow hotel and a strange pentagram in the shape of a cross within a closed circle. The “wild” nineties… A young historian Vadim Grigoriev, temporarily working as a security guard in a hotel, doesn’t even suspect that both his employment and the strange mystical events that follow it—the meeting with a mysterious old woman, the deciphering of the ominous pentagram on an antique vase, the murder of a young man from Room 222—were long ago predicted by his father in an unfinished novel, “Hotel N.”
