A Brief History of Paintball in Moscow

A romantic and a poet—and, incidentally, the leader of the criminal gang of Kamenni Mosty—Yakov Kabарzin, also known as the Kobzar, decided to find a more civilized alternative to bloody gunfights: he proposed replacing shooting with combat cartridges with shooting paintballs. If he lost, the “killed” would have to disappear from the sight of his former associates and spend the rest of his days somewhere outside the RF, basking in the warm southern sun.
