The Red Notebook

One morning, on his way to work, Laurent, the owner of a Parisian bookshop, finds a women’s handbag. Inside there are many things that can tell a great deal about its owner: a perfume bottle, photographs, a book, a notebook with personal notes… But there’s nothing that could help find her.

Driven by a sincere desire to return the property to its owner, Laurent takes on the role of a detective. Hoping to find even the smallest clue, he starts reading the red notebook. And soon he realizes he must find the stranger—not just because of the bag…

A romantic, tender story of love with a touch of gentle humor, awakening the hope for miracles that sleeps in each of us.
