Bullfight in the Looking Glass

Matador Álvaro de la Vega kills another bull in the bullring and heads to a bar to relax—with alcohol and flamenco dances. At first, the show doesn’t promise to be interesting, but suddenly it grips and hypnotizes the hero with an unusual blend of music, dance, and the energy of the performance. A mysterious dancer, like a witch, looked straight into his soul. The hero goes into a trance and, half-unconscious, makes it home. The next morning, he finds himself in the body of a bull named Chopo, who is led out to fight in the corrida.

And that’s how the beginning of this dynamic, mystical story goes.
