Description
A letter asking for help lands in the hands of journalist Nikita Saveliev from the “Vesti PriRechenska” newspaper. A young man, Pyotr, tries to find his fiancée Yana, who disappeared several months ago. The alarm was not raised by chance: in the police, they refused to accept a report about the girl’s disappearance. Yana and Pyotr are children from an orphanage; they have no relatives, no friends—no one whose fate would interest anyone. The last hope remained only with the mass media. But Nikita, who decides to conduct his own investigation, is in for a horrifying piece of news—almost immediately after Pyotr finished the infamous letter and sent it to the newspaper’s editorial office, a car hit him.
