Yefim Diky (Sergey Ilyin) wrote a partly autobiographical book about the life of a businessman in Russia in the 1990s of the last century, whose main milestones were: cashing out, brokerage, shortages, the “gangsters,” MMM, mutual settlements amid drinking and sex.
The novel “Comers” is a book about the 1990s—one of the most interesting periods of modern Russian history. I recommend it to those who have forgotten what Russian business grew out of!
