Description

LONG LIST of the Russian Literature Prize in the category “Writer of the Year, according to the almanac Russian Bell.” Lika Romanova, owner of an art gallery, is planning to marry the famous artist Valery Granovsky. Their plans fall apart. On the day of the engagement, Granovsky suddenly dies. From that moment on, Lika’s life turns into a nightmare. To recover from the tragedy, Lika and her friend go on a cruise. On the liner, the girls meet a mysterious young man named Kir. And at the same time, Lika begins receiving signs of attention from her deceased fiancé, which frightens her terribly. After returning to Moscow, Lika and Kir try to figure out what’s going on. One terrible event follows another. The feelings that grow between the young people add their own twist to the investigation.
