Viktor Boyko is one of the best-known experts in practical yoga in our country. He began studying it on his own in the 1970s. After classes with Lakshmana Kumar’s group at the Indian embassy, he received permission to teach. In 1993 he founded the “Classical Yoga” center. Today he has many students in Russia and abroad and leads the School of Classical Yoga in Moscow. He is the author of several books devoted to the theoretical and applied aspects of yoga. The best-known of them is “Yoga. The Art of Communication,” dedicated to the oldest self-development system as a universal communication technology accessible to everyone: a person communicating with their own soul and the world. This revised edition can be used as a manual for yoga therapy.
