Yvette: Novellas

We present to you a collection of short stories by the French writer Guy de Maupassant (1850–1893), published in 1884 by Victor Havard.

Most of these stories had previously appeared in the newspapers "Le Gaulois" and "Gil Blas," and Maupassant used the pseudonym Maufrignès (the name of a frivolous and carefree duchess from Balzac’s "Human Comedy").
