The Art of Light Touches

Perhaps no other modern Russian writer inspires such contradictory opinions as Viktor Pelevin. People either love him wholeheartedly or hate him just as fiercely. So there’s no doubt that an audiobook version of the author’s next novel will surely find its fans and spark a whole chain of opposing views. Especially since the book “The Art of Light Touches” turned out to be unusually controversial and multi-layered. As Pelevin himself puts it, it was “whispered to him by a multicultural choir of internal voices holding different political views, beliefs, orientations, genders, and identities—going against which, according to the author’s inner sense, will end up costing oneself more than it’s worth.”
