Interview for Mary Sue: Teasing the Dragon

I ended up in another world—not just any way, but from fire into flame… Where has our journalist fraternity not vanished to? I swore an oath that threatens death… now there’s only one thing left: to carry out the vow. I met a dragon who hates people… and that, apparently, is a super-bonus concocted by fate.

This is all about me, a modest journalism student who had one annoying little mishap—I died a little. Now I have to survive in a world where, in the sky among the clouds, solid fortresses float: the dragons’ lands; the offices’ kinsesses divide power among themselves; and truth is defended in God’s judgment with a sword. And it would even be easy—if the artifact I received together with the chance at a new life weren’t being hunted by a darkness made up of people and non-humans…
