Inspector Tikhonov

Criminal investigator Stanislav Tikhonov is investigating the murder of the young, talented journalist Tatyana Aksenova, which took place shortly after her return from a business trip to the city of Rovno. A note containing threats against her is found in the murdered woman's handbag. This seemingly indisputable piece of evidence leads the investigation in the wrong direction.
