Indigo

A famous writer disappears from her own home under mysterious circumstances. Her husband is the first to come under suspicion. It was he who called the rescue service, reporting that he found his wife dead in the swimming pool. However, when the police unit arrives, they find no trace of the woman. After several years of unsuccessful searches, the investigation reaches a dead end. All charges are dropped against the writer’s husband, Alan Fleming, and she herself is declared dead and the case is closed. The mystery would have remained unsolved, but then another mysterious figure appears in Alan’s life—Annabel Odly, the cousin of his missing wife. Annabel says she had been corresponding with her sister for years, and makes it clear that she knows far more than Alan told the investigators.
