Thunder Over the Pioneer Camp

Two masked criminals rob a post office and steal a significant sum of money. One of the bandits is wounded by a policeman, but they manage to escape the crime scene. Later, a bag with the stolen money is found—and it turns out to be fake. Kolya Pozharsky, who works as a counselor at a pioneer camp, learns that a girl named Sonya told her friends that she had found her father, and they were planning to go south. She treated friends to ice cream, and once paid in a store with a counterfeit ten-ruble bill. Kolya shares this information with local officer Akimov, and they decide to follow Sonya—without expecting what surprises await them.
