Description
Olga Gromыko is a Russian-language writer from Belarus who gained fame with her books in fantasy and space fantasy genres. “The Edge” (“Granь”) is a collection of audio plays based on two of her early stories written according to the canon of Slavic fantasy and united by a single common hero. In the forest, alongside people, lives a witch-man. Many dislike him, fear him, and some even hate him. The mysterious sorcerer lives alone with a black cat that is still alive, despite the passing of decades. And the witch-man himself hasn’t changed all that much either. So who is he, and should you be afraid of him? Often the unknown is considered a source of evil—yet real evil is often committed by ordinary-looking people. And then help is sought from the witch-man… The collection includes audio plays based on the stories “Leaf Fall” and “With the Bird’s Cry, with the Wolf’s Bound.” Cast: Denis Nekrasov, Artur Ivanov, Varvara Chaban, Vladimir Palyanya, Dmitry Filimonov, Egor Zhirnov, Anastasiya Lapina, Leon Avtaev, Olga Kuznetsova, Aleksandra Kurasina, Artur Ivanov (as narrator: Mikhail Sushkov).
