The Countess and the Flower

The story begins with how a little girl, Katya, suddenly found herself in a magical country. There she met an invisible person who is waiting for the fruit to ripen—lirma. A witch, Vukxari, cast a spell on him, and now he won’t be able to move until he eats the fruit that ripens once every 5 years. The girl really wanted to help the unfortunate one, so she went in search of ripened fruits on other trees. But she found only local residents—tiny people—who had only half of the needed fruit. They gave Katya the fruit and advised her to go to the witch and ask her to break the spell on the invisible man. When the invisible man ate half the fruit and didn’t become visible at least halfway, the girl wanted to follow the little people’s advice, but decided she wasn’t strong enough for that.
