Hot Sausages!

A cheerful fanfiction based on Terry Pratchett’s “Discworld.” At the center of the story is S. R. B. N. Dostable, who suffered at… well, yes, by the hands—or rather, the paws—of the Librarian. That ORANGUTAN did (sadly) cause the famous sausage-and-pastry trader a great deal of painful damage, which Dostable is unlikely to forget anytime soon. However, it isn’t that simple, and the reason is far from what you’d think at first glance. And only Morco Железобетонссон (Ironbetonsson), a brave and smart watchman (and, it seems, the only one like him), can make sense of this mysterious situation—if, of course, his fellow officers—such as the fat, lazy Sergeant Colon and the frightened corporal Snobby—don’t get in the way of the “enterprising young fool,” since they believe that doing one’s job on the job is the height of stupidity. As for witnesses, Morco has no lack: it’s the Librarian himself, another trader with a strange name Kartavay, and also the Treasurer who has forgotten to take his pills made from dried frogs…
