GATACA, or Project Phoenix

A battered corpse of a girl—who studied the evolution of species—is found in a cage with a primate. Eleven people are arrested for monstrous crimes. The man who brutally killed innocent children has taken his own life. What lies behind senseless outbursts of violence? When will the next slow-acting bomb go off?

The investigation is taken up by Lucy Enébel and Frank Sharco. The heroes will have to travel into the Amazon jungle, where an ancient evil is hiding—waiting for its hour to rise from the ashes like an immortal firebird.
