The Outpost: Beslan and Its Hostages

Fifteen years have passed since the tragedy in Beslan. While the rest of Russia remembers it only at the beginning of September, the people of Beslan live every day with the memory of those events. Olga Allenova, a journalist from the Kommersant Publishing House who wrote reports from the school that was seized by terrorists, comes to the city again. She meets survivors, families of the victims, and other witnesses to tell what happened in the school—and how the city continues to live after the terrorist attack.
