Her novel “The Leopard from the Top of Kilimanjaro” is considered not just one of her best works, but also a significant contribution to world science fiction. Many experts believe that if Larionova had been American, she would surely have received prestigious awards like the “Hugo” or “Nebula.” Even though her works were published rarely during the period from the 1960s to the 1980s, practically each of them resonated with readers’ hearts.
