David Herbert Lawrence (1885–1930) is one of the most significant and widely read writers in England in the first third of the 20th century. He authored ten novels as well as many novellas and short stories.
The book “Aaron’s Rod” includes a novel by the well-known English writer—a passionate preacher of Freudian ideas. The heroes of his novels are vivid personalities who love life and seek harmony in relationships between man and woman, which, in the author’s view, is the central problem of human life.
