A Part-Time Genie

A purchase made by a friend and addressed to Ksenia turns out not to be a cute present, but a prison the size of an ancient vessel. Old fairy tales come to life, but she has no time for laughter or wonder. Now she is a genie — a slave of the lamp — and for a whole year she must obey whoever first says the right words.

But what if the words are never spoken and the lamp is destroyed? What should she do if a monstrous mistake and a system failure have occurred? How can one live if now you are a mouse bound by unknown forces to the first person you meet, and in a completely different world at that?
