Eastern England, Suffolk, 1934. In a small village, an extraordinary event occurs—a murder. And where?! In the respectable Griffin Hall.
At the invitation of the owner, an elderly and very respectable gentleman, relatives come to town for a weekend—but the long-awaited reunion is ruined by a crime. Finding the murderer and untangling the twists of a family drama will be the task of an energetic local police inspector, Justin Oliver, and his assistant, Sergeant Kirkby. But with every new clue, the case becomes even more confusing.
Meanwhile, twins Adamson—brother and sister—also conduct their own investigation. They want to uncover the truth and protect those dear to them, which upsets the detective and seems extremely suspicious to him.
Who will crack the case first? And which of the guests is the cold-blooded murderer?
