I know it’s time for me to forget the past and start dating again. The only problem is that relationships make me… nervous. Luckily, I have a secret weapon: my best friend and professional hockey player, Owen Parrish. He’s a specialist in flings, so he can definitely help me survive in the wild world of online dating.

My friend Bekka wants me to help her “hook up” some total bore from a dating app. I promised to do everything I can, but it looks like my plans are changing. Will she even let me get close to her? And then—after everything is over—will she find someone else?
