Deadly Beautiful

Journalist Katya Zorina, you could say, is lucky—she’s sent on a business trip to Crimea during the velvet season! Of course, the reason for the trip isn’t the most pleasant: she has to help bail out Sergey Maratov, suspected of being involved in the disappearance of his girlfriend Inna. The lovers went into the mountains, where Sergey had an unfortunate fall and broke his leg; Inna ran for help—and she were never seen again, neither alive nor dead. Meanwhile, local investigator Dmitry Polenov accuses Maratov of murder with confidence, without any clear evidence… Katya doesn’t have time to enjoy Crimean landscapes or swim in the sea; she has to find witnesses who might know anything about Inna’s fate…
