Description
A certain fictional planet, surprisingly similar to Earth, is plunged into war and political infighting. The ruler of one of the powerful countries—Colonel Alexey Gamov—proclaims himself a dictator and sets himself a seemingly impossible task: to unite the world under his leadership and ensure that merely mentioning war makes people feel horror and disgust.
