The Wild Girl at the Selection

One day a wounded stranger bursts into Terry’s home. After healing him, the man betrays Terry, and soon she learns that he used magic. Meanwhile, an official selection of brides is announced for the most dangerous and influential man in the Empire—the fearsome beast in human form. But Terry isn’t frightened: she knows she won’t pass the selection, yet she can gain protection—and at the same time get revenge on the audacious foreigner. For that, she will take part no matter what.
