Description
Near the town of Noginsk, outside Moscow, local “boss” businessman Grigory Sedykh, nicknamed Sedoy, is murdered. An explosive device is placed in his car—it triggers after the vehicle accelerates to 90 kilometers per hour on the Moscow highway. He dies along with his driver and bodyguard.
His wife, Svetlana Milanchuk, becomes the heiress of a small “empire” of Sedoy’s—an inexpensive restaurant business, a casino, and a chain of printed kiosk stalls in Noginsk.
