A murder shook the Moscow region town of New Jordan—Maria Shelest was killed. Her body was found in the Rotten Pond. The local investigation moved fast: right on the heels, based on witnesses’ statements, Ruslan Sultanov—who had been stalking the girl and threatening her—was immediately detained.
