Arthur Kronfeld is a psychiatrist, sexologist, and one of the founders of the innovative Institute for Sexual Research in Berlin. The father of psychoanalysis, Sigmund Freud, respected Kronfeld as an equal. In his book “Degenerates in Power,” Kronfeld accused Hitler of homosexuality and revealed all the sexual perversions of Göring, Goebbels, and other elites of Nazi Germany of the Third Reich.

The book also includes another work by Kronfeld, “Psychopaths in Power.” The preface to this book was written by the Russian historian and psychologist Alexander Etkind. This edition also includes commentary by the Italian psychologist and historian Luciano Mecacci.
