Who would have thought that the respectable Western firm "Zodiac" is actually a cover for a spy center targeting the countries of Eastern Europe?
But Bulgaria’s state security has no doubts: first, an employee of this firm, Carlo Morandi, tries to renew contacts with a Bulgarian citizen recruited by the Americans even before socialism. Then, in Italy, a Bulgarian intelligence officer nicknamed "Devil" is killed—he had been tasked with investigating Morandi’s activities. Now the investigation continues with Emil Boev, right before whose eyes his friend Lubo was murdered. Boev has no intention to take revenge—Boev is a professional. But in any case, he now has personal scores with the "Zodiac" as well.
