“There’s some kind of box here,” I tell Vlad and take out another surprise from the kids.

“Looks like store-bought,” says Vlad hopefully—clearly hungry.

“Vlad, be our dad. Thirty-three misfortunes!” That’s definitely about me. The husband disappeared, he hung debts on me, and on top of that collectors and the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service have been sent after our café. And the kids even colored the rich man’s car with graffiti—and now he demands compensation for the damage. Who would’ve known that this man of my dreams would become my fate…
