Brand

A young pastor, Brand, a man of unbending will, demands from himself and others absolute, selfless service to God—by the principle of “all or nothing.” He rejects any compromise and worldly morality, burning all the bridges behind him—personal happiness, family, human attachments. But his relentless climb toward the mountain summits of faith increasingly begins to resemble the tragic path of a fanatic challenging even the heavens.
