Irina Chesnоva, a well-known family psychologist, wrote a children’s book, “The Big Book About Self-Esteem, Understanding Yourself and Others, Gadgets, and Money.” In it, she suggests talking with younger and middle-grade students about self-help, emotions, relationships with gadgets, and financial literacy. The book is based on the psychotherapy method “Internal Family Systems.” The collection also includes two books from the series “Every Child Wants to Know”—“How to Stop Sitting in Gadgets” and “How to Spend and Save Money the Right Way.” All of this is complemented by bright and fun illustrations by artist Musa Kudryavtseva. Intended for children of primary and middle school age.
