A mystical story about a soldier who recalls the past — or perhaps a bit more… The construction of the story is very logical. You tune in to the silence and loneliness of the main character, and in this key, the narration of his interlocutor fits perfectly — it makes you think about the value of life and death, in peaceful and wartime alike. For professionals, a cynical attitude is typical; for an ordinary person, it’s shocking. And it all seems pleasant and expected by the end, but… a residue remains. For a believing person it is hard to realize that all this happens every day, with children, with soldiers… with us.
