In the late 1970s, the Soviet Union developed a secret plan to create geotectonic weapons. According to the plan, a super-secret base-laboratory was built at the bottom of the Great Kuril Strait—in the rocks under the underwater ridge of Habomai. Later, the USSR dissolved and the project was shut down. But people remained! The most desperate ones—faithful to the Motherland without limits.
