The White Crow

Formerly a police major, and now a well-deserved retiree, Vasily Makarovich Kulikov, and his faithful assistant Vasilisa Selezneva are a very successful team of private detectives. He has enormous experience in solving complex criminal mysteries and connections within the police; she is extremely curious, energetic, and has perfect memory.

A new case leads the detectives to a suspicious pet shop. What could there be to investigate? Marital infidelity by an Angora hamster, or theft of cat food in especially large amounts? But in the end it turns out to be much more serious. And to expose all the wrongdoers, Vasily and Vasilisa will need no small amount of strength and courage.
