“Barracuda forever” is the story of a man who refuses to grow old. A former boxer named Napoleon, in his ninth decade, divorces his wife to begin a new life. His courageous posture and boxing skills are still with him, and he feels invincible. A caring son tries to look after him, but Napoleon prefers to talk not with him, but with his ten-year-old grandson. The two of them go bowling, get a dog, speak to each other in Esperanto, and lie to everyone shamelessly as they stage risky stunts. The boy is fascinated by his grandfather and only vaguely suspects the secrets of his idol—secrets he will soon have to learn.
