Description

In an alternative history, a scenario is considered in which, in 1918, a Russian colonel neutralizes one of the three generals opposing him. This event could have changed the course of history, reshaping the geopolitical map and the development of the Soviet Union, turning a battle of three against one into a completely different strategic situation. In reality, it has been proven that the Russian colonel—an Order of St. George’s Cross holder who survived three world wars and the Civil War—was unable to withstand the coordinated actions of the three opponents. However, if one of the generals had been eliminated successfully, the situation would have changed: two against one is already a different story. Then the Baltic factor, which did not materialize in our reality, in a parallel universe that began in February 1918, could have played a key role.
