1943. In Norway, the Germans began developing a new weapon of unprecedented destructive power. According to Soviet intelligence, a young scientist, Venge, who had secret information, refused to take part in the fascist project and tried to escape abroad. A group led by Major Maxim Shelestov is tasked with locating Venge and getting him to work on the new weapon—but already on the side of the USSR.
