A Priori

They say you can’t run away from the past. I thought otherwise. I did everything to make it more than just a theory. But it seems you still can’t go against the laws of the universe… The huge, seemingly endless New York and a spiral of coincidences have brought me to the same place: here he is, Marcus Fletcher, standing in front of me again after all these years. And so is a chain of too vivid images in my head of what happened between us back then at Harvard. No, you can’t run away from the past. Now for me, that’s a given.
