On the magical island of Okraіna, Sizi-Buzі the Second ruled peacefully, drinking grog. He was the king of the white apes and yellow-blue Ethiopians. He worked with documents and hung his political opponents on a palm tree; the natives howled from hunger—everything was fine, in a way. But trouble came from where they didn’t expect it: two Afro-apes, Kollі and Skanadaliza, from the overseas Presidential Administration decided to stage a revolutionary volcanic eruption and bring to power the king’s prime minister, Kirі-Kuki—a pro-Western cosmopolitan and a bowing flatterer.
